جودة سيارات وشاحنات فورد ( فورد – لنكن – ميركوري ) كانت ومازالت في تحسن مستمر بشكل تدريجي خلال السنوات الماضيه . ولكن نظرة المستهلكين لم تواكب تطور فورد مما ادى الى احباط بعض مدراء وموظفين فورد مماادى الى الاعتقاد ان المستهلكين لم يعطوا فورد فرصه او التقدير التي تستحقه سيارات فورد ( فورد – لنكن – ميركوي ) . ولكن كل هذا كل وشك ان يتغير .
على حسب اخر احصائيه من من شركة Automotive Lease Guide حققت فورد اكبر زياده في ثقة المستهلكين بجودة سيارتها اكثر من جميع شركات السيارات الاخرى :
زادث ثقة المستهلكين بجودة فورد بنسبة 4.7 % خلال ال 6 شهور الماضيه وحققت ايضا زياده في مابعد البيع ب 2400 دولار ( 9000 الاف ريال ) بينما سيارات الشركات الاخرى حققت زياده ب 616 دولار ( 2310 ريال ) .
قال جيم فارلي Jim Farley وهو رئيس فورد قسم المبيعات والتسويق العالمي global sales and marketing chief for the Dearborn automaker ” بدأنا الان نرى زياده ثقة المستهلكين بجودة سياراتنا مع جودة فورد العاليه ” وقال ايضا ” هذا يعني انه يمكننا الغاء التخفيضات على الجوده والرجوع الى البيع بالسعر الاصلي ” .
الزياده تعتبر عاليه جدا لانه دراسات شركة Automotive Lease Guide تستعملها البنوك والشركات المقرضه الاخرى للتحديد سعر القسط للسيارات والشاحنات . قال مات تريلين Matt Traylen وهو خبير اقتصادي chief economist في شركة Automotive Lease Guide ” ان فورد تعمل عملا رائعا ” وقال ايضا ” من اسباب هذي الزياده في ثقة المستهلكين و بجودة فورد يعود الى عدة عوامل مثل جودة سياراتها الحاليه وعدم اخذ اي اموال من الحكومه الامريكيه مثل جنرال موتورز وكرايسلر ” .
جودة سيارات فورد وثقة المستهلكين زادت بعكس تويوتا التي لطخت سمعتها الاستدعائات لاكثر من 8 مليون سياره مما ادى الى انخفاض ثقة المستهلكين للتويوتا بنسبة 16.5% . الدليل على ذلك زيادة قيمة الدفعه الاخيره للاقساط 2010 فورد فيوجن الهجينه ب 1600 دولار ( 6 الاف ريال ) على قيمة 2010 تويوتا كامري الهجينه .
وقال جيم فارلي ايضا ” اننا سوف نستخدم هذي المعلومات في عروضنا التسويقيه للمنتجاتنا ” وقال ايضا ” الان لدينا اثبات على جودتنا العاليه لم نحصل على مثله من قبل ” وقال ايضا ” ان عملنا لم ينتهي وسوف نواصل تطورنا للتفادي الاخطاء التي واجهتنا في الماضي ” .
على حسب اخر احصائيه اثبتت ان جودة فورد سلسلة F حصلت على السيارات الامريكيه جوده بعد هوندا ونيسان . وايضا حققت فورد المركز السابع ب 66.8 اي فارق نقطه واحده عن المركز السادس تويوتا ب 67.6 .
